I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, attention-deficit and compulsive disorders. I work primarily with adults to develop resilience to overcome adversity. Clients can expect to develop a rigorous practice of self-acceptance. Psychoeducation is used to increase understanding of the complex abilities of the brain and how we can harness the brain's abilities to achieve goals established through the therapeutic alliance.
