They may feel overwhelmed or uncertain about the future, but they’re motivated to grow. I help them build coping skills, explore their identity, and set meaningful goals using a warm, person-centered, strength-based approach. I especially enjoy supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered.
