Thank you for your interest in my practice. Making the time for yourself to feel happier, to alleviate stress or anxiety, to find meaning in your life or to improve your relationships; these are some of the reasons why people decide to enter therapy. I work with children, teens and adults providing psychotherapy. In addition, I work with individuals on the autism spectrum as well as highly sensitive people and provide Neurodiversity-Affirming care and support. My therapeutic style is relational and collaborative; I believe one approach does not work for everyone. I am informed by pklyvagal theory, family systems and psychodynamic theories and have experience with CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Family Therapy.
