We all get stuck at times. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with life/relationship challenges or addiction. I am here to help others overcome difficult experiences by learning to understand their authentic needs, create lasting bonds with others and find emotional freedom so that you can build the life you truly want. I believe in abundance and that everyone has the right and the capacity for healing, growth and inner peace. Because every individual and each couple arrive in counseling at different stages of change and readiness for healing, I feel it is imperative to meet everyone right where they are.
