If you’re feeling overwhelmed or carrying the weight of life’s stressors, this is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and move forward with care and intention—together. I support children, teens, and adults as they navigate the mental, emotional, and physical impacts of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I’m Alicia Glasser, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic approach that integrates mind and body. I help clients listen to their body’s cues, ease internal stress, and cultivate a steadier, more connected sense of self in the present moment.
