Viewing therapy as a journey, I am committed to joining the path of healing alongside you, guiding your evolution towards self-improvement and goal achievement. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a passion for helping individuals achieve peak performance both mentally and physically. I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas. I also earned a Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology and Motor Exercise from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology with a minor in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University.
