Empowering clients to recognize that pursuing therapy is a strength that reveals their courage to heal is my initial goal. I do this by creating a safe, accepting and supportive environment where I can help clients explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors that will lead to personal growth. Our therapeutic bond becomes an opportunity for clients to increase self-awareness and build on individual strengths that will lead to positive changes.
