My mission is to empower teens & young adults by providing knowledge/skills needed to cope in this world that is ever changing. I have 10+ years experience working w/ teens & young adults who have experienced various forms of trauma & probation/DCFS/foster care involvement. I also have 10+ years experience working w/ student athletes. As a result of trauma, many have experienced symptoms of anxiety & depression. Many individuals who struggle communicating what they are going through internally, express themselves through their behaviors/actions.
