As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family therapist my approach is to create a safe, warm, understanding, judgment free, empathic space for you to process any feelings that may be coming up for you. I am bilingual and have experience providing services in Spanish. During our work together, I will meet you where you are currently at. My goal is to help your self-worth through growth and experiences. The various modalities used are mindfulness, reflection of feelings/emotions to CBT and solutions based.
