Hi there! I am Daisy Salinas a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out in Southern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults who are open to gaining more insight into their patterns, understanding how childhood may have impacted them in the present day, and learning coping strategies to manage unwanted reactions. I utilize mindfulness strategies, trauma-informed approaches, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and compassion to provide a brave space for healing.
