About
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” - Maya Angelou. Therapy can be a place to finally tell that story, in your own words, without judgment. I strive to create a space that feels safe, open, and supportive, where you are met with warmth, curiosity, and compassion as you explore whatever you’re carrying. I work with individuals navigating trauma and addiction, as well as adults impacted by growing up in emotionally neglectful, inconsistent, or addiction-affected environments. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative. My goal is to tailor therapy to what feels most supportive for you. View 8 Photos I incorporate CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, parts work, somatic exercises, and play therapy. I am trained in Progressive Counting, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Written Exposure Therapy, and Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT). When helpful, I also integrate creative expression for clients.
