Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York and New Jersey, with over 15 years of experience working with adults and youth in various capacities. I believe that every client is unique as well as the challenges they are facing and I take a different approach based on individual clients needs. I have experience with both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. My goal as a therapist is to partner with you to teach you the coping skills and techniques to manage in your daily life and accomplish the goals you have set during our work together.
