I have provided services to help those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma related issues such as domestic violence and childhood abuse amongst many other trauma related experiences, issues relating to self-esteem, Culture Specific/POC, navigating relationships, parenting, marriage, divorce, as well as those needing assistance in adjusting to the many everyday circumstances of life. My focus has been strengthening my client’s inner resources, increasing coping skills, reducing stress and providing a safe non-judgmental place to process experiences.
