Seeking counseling can be an immense and brave step. It is an honor and privilege to be trusted to walk alongside my clients in their most challenging moments. I believe everyone is on a road toward success and deserves happiness. However, we sometimes get steered away from our desired journey due to the challenges we encounter, or barriers in the road. My role is to help you break the barriers and empower you to discover your true potential. I provide counseling to a diverse, multicultural population including being an LGBTQ+ ally. I specialize in complex trauma and perinatal mental health from infertility to postpartum challenges.
