Taking the first step to seek counseling can be challenging but also very empowering and rewarding at the same time. What I provide is a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to feel supported and heard. As a licensed mental health counselor with over 10+ years of experience I have worked in various residential treatment centers, crisis and detox facilities, and hospitals in the community. My experience has equipped me with the knowledge to utilize a variety of treatment modalities and interventions to provide clients with the necessary tools they need to realize their full potential.
