My role as a therapist is that of a fellow-human that joins you on this chapter of your journey. Think of us together on a walk. On our walk, we encounter the natural elements that both slow us down with fatigue and overwhelm, and also motivate us with inspiration and delight. What makes this journey bearable, do-able, and sometimes even fun is that we are together. You are not alone. The safety I intend to cultivate for you provides the atmosphere for inquiry, exploration, curiosity, and growth.
