Dallas Fotinos a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a focus on a client's centered approach. I worked in various roles exposing me to people from all walks of life though I remained curious about individuals and smaller dynamics and how they function. I approach all areas of therapy through a client-centered and trauma-informed lens utilizing aspects of expressive arts, attachment theory, motivational interviewing, developmental, neurobiological, and polyvagal. I have always been interested in human behavior and how individuals come to behave as they do and I decided mental health was where I belonged.
