Daly is the founder of By Design Counseling & Wellness, a practice with a holistic, integrative, and evidence-based approach to mental health care. My work is to facilitate healing the root cause by making it easy for people to quiet their minds and experience their own insights and get in touch with their own innate health and resiliency. Instead of providing coping strategies that are difficult to remember and employ in the moments of need and typically a bandaid on top of the root misunderstanding.
