My main goal in working with clients & couples is to provide a judgment free, validating, affirming, and emotionally safe space to talk through struggles, thoughts and feelings. I focus on the trust needed for therapy to thrive, emphasizing strengths of the client(s), and assisting the client(s) in creating the changes they want to make for themselves and/or their relationship to each other. I want to empower people to take responsibility for their happiness and support them in living life as true to themselves as possible. I want to help couples feel more connected with each other. Empowering them towards love, romance, and joy.
