I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a graduate degree from Rutgers University and I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety stemming from life transitions, relationship issues, and/or low self-esteem. I am committed to helping individuals achieve a better quality of life by helping them develop healthier thinking patterns and behaviors. I have had the pleasure of helping individuals become more at peace with events that have happened in their lives, and feel more confident, motivated, and connected to themselves. I believe that change happens from the inside out and when we address core issues, other aspects of our lives improve as well.
