Hi, I'm Damaris and growing up with Dominican parents taught me early that culture shapes everything - how we see the world, how we express emotion, how we ask for help (or don't). That appreciation for where people come from is at the heart of how I work. I'm fluent in Spanish so we can connect in whichever language feels most like home. What I'm most passionate about is creating a space where you feel free to be yourself - messy, complicated, all of it. I believe everyone has the potential to evolve into their best selves and my role is to support that journey in whatever way feels right for you. For the past eight years, I've supported children, adolescents and families through some of their hardest moments - in schools, outpatient clinics and community organizations. I've worked with people facing anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, family conflict and relationship concerns.
