For the past 25 years I have worked with adults, young adults, children age 10 and older, couples, and families who are experiencing challenges — often profound challenges — in some aspect of their lives. My view is that everyone is intrinsically whole and healthy, but due to some traumatic event, or conditioning, or family dynamic, may be stuck in a limiting pattern of depression, anxiety, and/or overwhelm. My areas of specialty are Individual and Couples Counseling, Parent Coaching, Play Therapy, Trauma Therapy, EMDR, and Gestalt Therapy. I also direct The Gestalt Center for Growth and Training, LLC, where pre-licensed master’s degree therapists provide affordable therapy under the direct supervision of highly experienced therapists.
