Starting therapy can feel like a lot, especially when you’ve been carrying everything on your own. Most people come to me wanting a place to breathe, talk things out, and feel understood — no pressure, no judgment. We take it one conversation at a time, finding tools that actually help and creating more calm and clarity along the way. I’m a Black, queer, justice-focused therapist who understands what it’s like to hold a lot and still try to live. You don’t have to explain or hide parts of yourself with me. My work is grounded in the values of justice, compassion, and humility — shaped by Micah 6:8, but accessible and welcoming to people of any or no faith.
