English | español Have you ever felt weighed down by a sense of guilt, like you just aren’t good enough? Do you ever feel rejected or alone? Perhaps, your head can’t stop spinning at night? It is part of the human condition, but there are solutions. If you would like help with depression, anxiety, trauma or grief, I would be glad to help. Others struggle with anger or addictive behaviors and are looking for ways to feel more in control. Some have concerns about their kids, ADHD, autism, or other behaviors, and would like someone to support both parents and child. Perhaps, a sense of humor would help. We also offer Christian counseling if interested. View 5 Photos Our practice is based on building up the family, and that means supporting marriage as the cornerstone of the family. Some marriages are distant and change is on the horizon. We hope to bring positive change, and are comfortable working to reduce conflict. Relationships with children may be affected, and our goal would be to strengthen the parent-child bond.
