I provide counseling for adolescents, adults, individuals, and couples with the aim of promoting connection to self, others, and the natural world. I care deeply about your well-being and the good of our common home. I believe connection to self, others, and the natural world is reflected through mindful and intentional action towards one's personal values, relationships to others, and the relationship to the environment around them. I care deeply about helping you get connected to your life and see counseling as one resource to promote that connection. I am a generalist practitioner but predominantly utilize a cognitive behavioral and mindfulness orientation with a focus on how thoughts and behaviors influence emotions, relationships, and life pursuits. I also integrate systems and psychodynamic theory with humanistic and interpersonal approaches.
