I specialize in working with teens and adults from the LGBTQ+ community, as well as navigating traumatic exposure, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. Additionally, I offer a supportive space for individuals who wish to explore their relationship with religion or spirituality, whether that involves process processing past religious trauma or deepening their spiritual connection within the counseling process.
