My goal first and foremost is to get to know you, your perspective, and your strengths. From there we start the work together. I provide transparency, openness, and a down to earth style that makes talking about difficult topics more approachable. I often use analogies and metaphors to frame our conversations in relatable ways to let you leave the session feeling like you gained something.
