When circumstances in life have made you feel like the worst version of yourself, I provide a warm, nurturing and non-judgemental refuge that allows you the space to reconnect with your "best self". We will work as a team through trauma and obstacles that are preventing you from moving forward. I am certified in EMDR therapy which provides a deeper layer of work than traditional talk therapy alone can provide. I am also a certified TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercise) practitioner.
