Hello! My name is Dana and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. My preferred areas of clinical interest are working with children/teens/young adults with Anxiety/ADHD/ASD as well as LGBTQ children/youth/young adults. I specialize in working with individuals with dual diagnosis (in particular developmental disabilities paired with mental health concerns), and I have an ever-evolving specialty in working with children and youth with anxiety. I pride myself on forming deep, empathic relationships that are foundational in good therapy. Beyond that I work using mixed methodologies, namely client-centered, cognitive behavioral, with a nice sprinkling of mindfulness, play therapy and art therapy to keep clients engaged and to further their own internal exploration.
