Welcome! If you are here, then you have taken an important first step in prioritizing your mental health. When everything feels like a hot mess it can be overwhelming to know where to start taking better care of yourself. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows for us to explore the reasons you are feeling stuck as well as uncovering your inner resilience. I draw from different treatment modalities that are rooted in both somatic and cognitive approaches. I am trained in IFS (Level 1), EMDR, Clinical Hypnotherapy, CBT, and DBT. I have been practicing for over 20 years with individuals & families.
