There are so many times in our lives when we are asked to adapt. Whether it's transitioning to a new school or job, changing relationships, parenting through different stresses and stages, managing Anxiety or Depression so that you can best enjoy your life, or just figuring out who you are and how you want to be in this world. Participating in therapy almost always means change, and I enjoy supporting people as they explore this change, learn new strategies, and work to grow.
