I have been in the counseling field for over 20 years combining vast experience with diverse populations. I am passionate about working with my clients and strongly believe in a holistic, strength-based approach. I partner with my clients to create an effective treatment plan centered around their personal goals and to help reduce their individual struggles. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I believe it is essential that the client be in charge of their own progress and I will support and guide their road to health. I provide culturally-sensitive therapy in a warm and accepting environment; both in person and through telehealth.
