In order for therapy to work, it is important to choose the right therapist for you. I am a caring and supportive Social Worker who aims to help individuals achieve more comfortable and authentic lives. It is most important to me that my patients feel safe, valued, and respected in the therapeutic process and relationship. I work collaboratively with my patients in order to better understand their needs and what has brought them to this moment in time. Together, we will determine the best approach toward meeting those needs, in order to make changes that are positive and sustainable.
