About

You’ve learned to manage life’s challenges independently, finding comfort in self-reliance. However, this may stem from unconscious fears of vulnerability and rejection. What began as a defense against emotional hurt now leads to isolation. Despite feeling empowered by independence, there’s an underlying fear of intimacy and being let down, making it hard to connect. Anxiety, overthinking, and low self-esteem leave you feeling drained and disconnected. You desire authentic relationships and are ready to explore these patterns, build confidence, and create healthier boundaries for stronger connections. I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, relational and emotional difficulties, low self confidence, adjustment issues, and cultural concerns. I specialize in working with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and People Pleasers to feel more settled in who they are.
