I believe that therapy can be beneficial for anyone at some point in their life. Life will always present us with challenges and unexpected emotions. However, these events don’t have to be navigated alone. I think therapy serves as a safe space for individuals to reflect on their emotional experiences and how they impact their daily lives. Therapy can be utilized as an opportunity to practice exploring these emotions free of judgment. My goal is to support clients in gaining understanding of their emotional experiences and using this knowledge to feel empowered in creating the life they desire.
