I have provided counseling in a wide range of settings including schools, group homes, and agencies. Prior to entering private practice, I had over seven years of experience in the child welfare system working with children, adults, and families involved in foster care. In working with clients heavily impacted by trauma, I have had the opportunity to treat a vast array of mental health conditions including but not limited to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), attachment problems, adjustment disorders, behavior/conduct problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-injury, interpersonal problems, and grief/bereavement.
