Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and exploring your options for counseling support. I have been a counselor since 2004 and work with young adults, adults, and parents. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to therapy, so I like to work collaboratively with my clients to find a plan that meets their strengths and goals. Some of my passions are helping people understand and regulate their nervous system so they can be more present, engaged, and connected in their lives. I pull from mindfulness and self-compassion based approaches along with yoga, DBT, brainspotting, listening therapies, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
