I am a bilingual Licensed Psychotherapist (fluent in English and Spanish) based in Miami, FL. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, narcissistic abuse, self-worth, or relationship challenges, often feeling unheard or misunderstood. A lot of my clients feel stuck in patterns they can’t break, second-guessing themselves or carrying wounds from the past. They’re looking for a therapist who gets it, someone who won’t just listen but will help them unpack their experiences, make sense of their emotions, and create meaningful change. My approach to therapy is to help you understand your emotions without feeling shame. I use an integrative approach, blending CBT, Solution-Focused and Psychodynamic therapy to help you gain insight, process emotions, and break unhealthy cycles. Whether you're navigating anxiety or self-doubt, I offer a safe, supportive space with warmth, humor, and direct insight, helping you build resilience, confidence, and lasting change at your own pace.
