About

I have a strong passion for working with many populations, but particularly those with trauma, OCD, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, suicide ideation/self-harm, queer individuals, and religious trauma. I believe that everyone is an expert in themselves and their experience, but sometimes it can be helpful to have a compassionate guide to help explore those experiences, uncover patterns, and navigate challenges with a fresh perspective and support. My work in intensive environments such as the Arizona foster care system, Gila River Indian Community, and inside the justice system has deeply shaped my understanding of trauma, human nature, and resilience. That experience laid the groundwork for my counseling practice, which centers on empathy, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach to healing.
