I believe counseling is a brave step in supporting your overall wellness. It is my honor to partner with kids, teens, and families as they navigate their current phase of life. I enter each session with a compassionate and client-centered approach. I believe that people are able to most fully express themselves when they are given space to be genuinely understood and validated in their experiences. It is my goal to foster comfortable and judgment-free sessions where insight and reflection support self awareness and understanding. Despite lifes circumstances I like to look at things from a strength based approach. View 5 Photos Even as a teenager I knew I wanted to work with children. This led me to earning a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling. I have a variety of experience, all of which has lead me to understand that my passion is working with all parts of the family unit.
