As a psychologist licensed in NY and NJ, I have maintained an independent psychotherapy practice for more than 35 years. Therapy with me allows each individual to feel fully recognized and accepted. The most common reasons that people come to me are for help with depression and anxiety. We often discover the self-defeating ways--avoidance, aggressiveness, addiction--you use to cope with the stresses of everyday life. We usually find that the problems are present in the most intimate relationships, and may be threatening work relationships as well. We will bring a healing connection and compassion to the obstacles to a fuller life.
