My name is Daniel Clare. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Land O' Lakes, FL., and working with clients statewide through telehealth. I work with adults, kids ages 5-12, teens 13-18, and parents using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Somatic Awareness through a Polyvagal Lense as modalities to help clients build the skills, they need to make progress and feel better in an increasingly more complex world. I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for kids, teens, young adults, older adults, and parents who may be dealing with the challenges life can bring.
