I help clients experience lasting change by focusing on the root causes of their struggles, not just surface- level behaviors. Many people come to therapy having already tried coping strategies, advice, or increased self-discipline, yet still feel stuck. Often this is because unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, or deeply held beliefs continue to drive emotional distress and relational patterns beneath the surface. My approach centers on understanding what a client has been through and how those experiences continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and relationships today. Sessions with me are collaborative, grounded, and relational rather than rigid or emotionally distant. I strive to create an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, safe, and understood, not analyzed or judged. While I bring strong clinical training and structure into the room, my style is warm, personable, and human.
