Sometimes it takes understanding and resolving trauma and others it seems a matter of learning new skills and making new steps toward a better life. I believe deeply in one's own inner wisdom and ability to change, no matter what the circumstances have been . My specialties include anxiety, depression, addiction, as well as chronic pain syndromes. I work with experiential therapies including gestalt therapy and craniosacral therapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. I blend the exciting discoveries of modern neuroscience with experiential and body-based therapies to facilitate understanding and lasting change.
