I specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders and also work closely with neurodivergent adults focusing on topics such as masking and executive dysfunction. My work with OCD and anxiety disorders is different in that in addition to evidence based treatments like ERP, ACT and I-CBT, I also focus strongly on meaning-making of our compulsions and anxieties in order to better integrate these experiences into our lives in a realistic way, OCD and anxiety has inherent wisdom that treatment may forget without meaning-making. I work with people of all genders and backgrounds and have particular focus on working with men with OCD and anxiety disorders. My approach is authentic, non-hierarchical and very education based.
