I believe in one’s capacity to heal. I work with people who have experienced all different types of trauma, as well as those coping with grief, loss, performance anxiety, and issues of self-worth. Using talk therapy and a strengths based, trauma informed practice, I help facilitate healing by providing the time and space to explore each person’s unique story.
