At Living Roots Counseling, I help people grow, deepen, and heal. I started a new career in counseling after time as an attorney and at home with my two children. I understand the challenges of a demanding job and the chaos of family life because I have lived them. I work with individual adults and couples on a wide variety of counseling needs. I love getting to know people's stories. I have a passion for deepening connections and promoting growth. I integrate cognitive-behavioral and narrative therapies to help you better understand how you think about yourself and the world around you.
