Hello. My name is Daniel Kachman. I am a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of MI. I have practiced in Lapeer for over 35 years as an outpatient, private practice Psychologist. We all know life can be challenging and at times we feel overwhelmed and struggle to emotionally cope with life's stressors. Events like unwanted changes in our important relationships, our careers, and our work/life balance make us especially vulnerable to feelings of self- doubt leading to depression, anxiety, addictions and other self-defeating behaviors. At these times, we need to learn some new stategies.
