I am a single-practitioner office that works in a collaborative manner to help my clients achieve success towards their goals. I believe counseling should be an investment in my client’s wellbeing. My mission, values, and approach are founded on current research. I believe in treating the whole person utilizing holistic and integrative approaches that are grounded in traditional evidence-based practices. I will strive to meet the needs of the communities I serve and to advocate and be a voice for all people with mental health needs. I work with clients aged 23 and Up. I strive to assist my clients in finding freedom from their afflictions in order to live a life of wholeness. I invite you to call me to schedule an appointment as I offer both traditional and telehealth video sessions. I am certified in Complex Trauma and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
