As odd as it may sound, my goal as a therapist is to help you develop the skills, insight, confidence and peace of mind to not need me anymore. I am a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor with expertise in strength based individual, family and group psychotherapy. I have worked with people experiencing sadness/depression, anxiety, feeling "stuck" or "not in control", recovering from head injury or stroke, and overall cognitive concerns.
